We are OBSCESSED with these organic shakes! They are soooo delicious! I even drink them when I need a quick grab and go snack or breakfast!
I had a looong road of feeding a picky eater myself. My middle child was born with a kidney disorder (read about it here) and a severe posterior tongue tie, making her have a really rough road with feeding, eating solid foods, and having a rough relationship with various textures. We had such a struggle to have her gain weight (and still due 🙁 ) when she was a baby and toddler. We used to use heavy whipping cream in her bottles and once she turned 11 months old, switched her to Else Toddler Formula to keep her calories up. Once she got old enough to become opinionated on foods, we went on a hunt for a healthy shake! My big kid even loves these as a snack! We legit have them on subscribe order from Amazon and sometimes have to buy an extra pack!
These organic milkshakes are made of grassfed milk protein. No nasty extras like corn additives, carrageenan, or soy!
They have less carbohydrates compared to other brands. Pediasure has 33g vs Orgain has 21g. They both have 9g of added sugar. Else toddler shakes have 26g of carbs, 4g of added sugars, and 9g of protein. (Full disclosure: I have never tasted the Else ready-to-go shakes. They are made out of Almond butter so I am sure they are delicious too).
